The arrest of Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, last month came as a shock to many. The Starkid spent nearly 25 days in the Arthur Road jail and was released on bail on October 30. However, every Friday he attends court and appears for an investigation at the NCB office.
Not only Aryan, but also SRK’s manager, Pooja Dadlani, also got into trouble. He has reportedly received two subpoenas from the Mumbai Police SIT team and has not come forward for investigation.
According to the latest News 18 report, Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Dadlani has not yet recorded his statement or given his version of events. Since the investigation has come to a standstill, the Mumbai police will very soon send you a third subpoena. Police officers claim that she is important to the case, so her statement is vital as well.
The report also revealed that Shah Rukh Khan’s manager, Pooja Dadlani, has cited that she was unable to come to record her statement due to health concerns and therefore the delay of the summons. As the Office of Narcotics Control investigates Aryan Khan’s drug case, the Mumbai Police SIT team is investigating the extortion allegations made by Prabhakar Sail against KP Gosavi, Sam D’Souza and NCB officials.
Shah Rukh Khan’s manager is accused of having paid bribes to KP Gosavi, Sam D’Souza and NCB officials. Since she will not appear for the investigation, the police are also seeking a legal opinion on how to proceed with the investigation.
Previously, Sam D’Souza recorded his statement with the police. D’Souza had submitted a pre-bail statement in which he claimed that KP Gosavi had obtained Rs 50 lakh from Shah Rukh Khan’s manager, Pooja Dadlani, for Aryan Khan to be released. However, the amount was later returned after the NCB arrested Aryan Khan in the case on October 3.
