Mother Annapurna is associated with the identity of Kashi, the city of Baba Vishwanath. A rare 18th century Annapurna Mata idol associated with Kashi’s identity was enshrined today. It has been reinstalled. CM Yogi Adityanath worshiped this idol and restored it. The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, enshrined the idol of Annapurna Mata. For this, the Vishwanath temple complex has been decorated as a bride. It is worth noting that about a hundred years ago, this rare 18th century idol of Mata Annapurna was stolen from Kashi and made it to Canada. At the initiative of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Canadian government returned this statue to India. Watch video.
