Currently in its fourteenth year, the comedy show continues to dominate UK television. entertainment and remains one of the most loved family comedy shows. TMKOC is the only family show in India that cuts across demographics to entertain audiences with humor. The show’s success is also attributed to its close connection to the Indian society that it represents through its history and characters. It is no wonder that the show’s Gokuldhaam Society, which has become a landmark in its own right, is often referred to as “Mini India”. The Taarak Mehta program is written and created by Mr. Asit Kumarr Modi.
