The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) examinations for the first session of minor subjects of class X-XII will begin from November 16 to 17. While the main exams of class X will begin on November 30 and the main exams of class XII on December 1. For these exams, the board has given the students the opportunity to change the exam city.

Students can request to change the test city until midnight on November 10. For this they have to inform the schools via email. Schools will list the applications received from students and upload it to the CBSE website before midnight on November 12.

CBSE has advised students to carefully choose the city from where they want to appear on the exam. The board has made it clear that once the school submits the application, no changes will be allowed. It should be known that due to the corona epidemic, the board has provided the possibility of providing examination centers to the students where they are staying. The board has issued a circular regarding the change in the examining city.

It has been said in the circular that if any student lives in another city due to the Corona epidemic, then they can request their school to change the exam city. Students can request to change the city of the exam for theoretical or practical exams or both theoretical and practical. There will be the option of choosing only one city as an exam center for both theory and practice.
