Controversy has increased in the UP after the statement of former Chief Minister and National Chairman of the Samajwadi Party, Akhilesh Yadav, about Jinnah. On October 31, Akhilesh had organized a public meeting in Hardoi district in which he said that Sardar Patel, Jawaharlal Nehru, Mahatma Gandhi and Jinnah fought together for freedom and won the country’s independence.
Om Prakash Rajbhar was asked about this statement, then he said that if Jinnah were the Prime Minister of India, then the country would not have split in two. SubhaSP president said that from Atal Bihari Vajpayee to LK Advani he used to praise Jinnah, so read his thoughts too.
