Following the return of the Taliban regime in Afghanistan, National Security Advisers (NSAs) from 7 countries are meeting in Delhi to exchange ideas on the regional security situation. In this episode, on Tuesday, Ajit Doval met with the national security advisers of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
Detailed exchange of views on Afghanistan in the meeting with the counterparts of both countries. Tajikistan seriously highlighted the situation in Afghanistan. He expressed concern about the sharp increase in terrorist threats from Afghanistan in recent days.
The looming humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan was also discussed at the meeting. Both sides agreed that the future of Afghanistan should be decided by the people of Afghanistan. At the same time, neighboring countries must play a constructive role in Afghanistan.
Let us tell you that India had also invited China and Pakistan to this meeting, but both countries refused to attend for different reasons. This important meeting has been called the Delhi Dialogue, in which the NSAs of Iran, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan have participated.
