A case of lynching of a BJP worker has come to light in West Bengal. The incident is from the East Midnapur district. Here, late on Saturday night, a BJP worker was beaten so mercilessly that he died.

The name of the deceased BJP worker is Shambhu Maiti. He was a BJP youth leader. According to reports, some people saw an injured Shambhu near the Keleghai River near Nantu Pradhan College in the Deriya Dighi area on Sunday morning. He immediately informed the police about it. There were wound marks at various places on Shambhu’s body. But as soon as he was taken to the hospital, the doctors declared that Shambhu had died.

Relatives of the deceased allege that supporters of the Trinamool Congress (TMC workers) killed them. However, the ruling party has denied the allegations.

Police said no arrests have been made in this case so far. But the police are investigating the matter thoroughly and the defendants will soon be arrested.

BJP leader assassinated in North Dinajpur

Let us tell you, in the same month of October, another BJP leader was assassinated in West Bengal. In Itahar, North Dinajpur district, a young BJP leader, Mithun Ghosh, was shot dead by unidentified criminals outside his home in Rajgram village. BJP had alleged that antisocial elements in the Trinamool Congress were behind the murder. The Trinamool Congress, however, denied the accusation.

BJP Worker Killed Also In Barrackpore

At the same time, also in early June, the Bengal BJP had claimed that its party worker was attacked and killed with a bomb in the Barrackpore area of ​​North 24 Parganas. The deceased worker’s name was Jaiprakash Yadav. Bengal BJP had blamed the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) for the assassination.
