UP Board 2022 exam pattern: Under the new education policy, the UP Board will also conduct the ninth exam with the OMR sheet this time. In the 70-point written exam, 20 points will be multiple choice on the OMR sheet while 50 points will be descriptive under the old system.

We inform that the CBSE board has already implemented this new system for the 9th and 11th. On the CBSE board, on the 100-point paper, 30 points have been kept for the internal evaluation and 70 points for the written exam. In this 70-point written exam, 35 points will be answered through the OMR sheet and 35 points will be descriptive.

In line with CBSE, the UP Board will also make changes on this matter at the ninth exam. In the 100-point test, 30 points will be for the internal exam, while 70 points will be for the written exam.

On this occasion, the council has decided to divide the 70-point written exam into two parts, in which 20 points will be multiple-choice questions to be filled out using an OMR sheet. The remaining 50 numbers will be descriptive under the old system, which should be written taking a copy of the answer.

In this regard, the UP Board has instructed all school inspectors in the district. An official associated with the UP Board says that on the ninth exam, the decision on exam number 20 on the OMR sheet is an initiative to prepare children before taking competitive exams. By completing the answer to the multiple-choice question sheet on the OMR sheet, students will also understand the system for taking the OMR sheet exam. It will be like an essay (practice) for competitive exams, so only 20 numbers have been kept.
