Sameer Wankhede’s Father Files Defamation Lawsuit Against Nawab Malik NTC

Maharashtra Cabinet Minister Nawab Malik is constantly targeting NCB, Sameer Wankhede and his family regarding the drug case. Now, Sameer Wankhede’s father, Dhyandev Wankhede, has filed a defamation case against Nawab Malik while moving to the Bombay High Court. Sameer Wankhede is the Mumbai NCB area director and Aryan Khan, the son-in-law of Nawab Malik, Sameer Khan was the investigating officer in all Bollywood related cases. However, 6 cases have recently been withdrawn, including Aryan Khan.

Wankhede’s lawyer, Arshad Shaikh, said: Malik is calling Wankhede’s family a fraud and questioning their religion and saying that they are not Hindu. Malik is calling the whole family a fraud every day, he is also ruining the career of his daughter Yasmin, who is a criminal lawyer and does not advocate in narcotics cases.

Name, character, reputation damaged

In the defamation case, Malik has been said to have caused irreparable damage to the name, character, reputation and social image of the plaintiff and members of his family out of prejudice. Dhyandev demands that Malik, his party leaders and everyone else be prohibited from writing, speaking or publishing any objectionable or defamatory material in the media against him and his family.

Dhyandev appealed for the High Court to declare Malik’s statements, allegations, whether written or oral or made by him or his family on social media, are egregious and defamatory in nature. Not only this, Dhyandev also demanded the removal of interviews and statements present on electronic and social media and other places.

‘Malik takes aim for arresting his son-in-law’

Dhyandev said in his complaint that Nawab Malik’s accusations against Wankhede began after the arrest of his son-in-law in a drug case. Sameer Khan was released on bail in September. Since then, Malik has been surrounding Wankhede every day on social media or at press conferences on this topic. Dhyandev has filed a 1.25 million rupee defamation lawsuit against Nawab Malik. The matter will be known on Monday.

BJP leader filed Rs 100 million defamation case

Before Dhyandev, BJP leader Mohit Kamboj brought a 100 million rupee defamation case against Nawab Malik. Nawab Malik constantly made serious accusations against BJP leader Mohit Kamboj and his family. In such a situation, Kamboj also filed a complaint with the Mumbai police and went to the High Court and filed a Rs 100 million defamation case against Nawab Malik.
