Former Maharashtra Interior Minister Anil Deshmukh suffered a major setback from the Bombay High Court on Sunday in the recovery case. In fact, the court sent Deshmukh into the custody of the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) until November 12, overturning the special court’s order to send him to judicial custody. On Saturday, the PMLA special court refused to extend the custody of Deshmukh’s ED and sent him into judicial custody for 14 days. But now Deshmukh is disappointed with the High Court’s decision.
