Imagine seeing your favorite cricketers in Bollywood movies, isn’t that exciting ?! Well now it looks like West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo is now very interested in starting his Bollywood adventure. See what he has to say.
The Chennai Super Kings player has impressed the world with his skills in cricket and music! He has appeared in music videos such as Jaeger Bomb and MS Dhoni. He also made a cameo in the Tamil film, Chithiram Pesuthadi 2, in 2019.
Now, it looks like Dwayne Bravo’s next goal is to break into Bollywood! While talking about it with HindustanTimes, he said: “If the opportunity comes, why not? I will never say no to an acting job. I enjoy doing different things. It is a challenge for me. When it comes to the entertainment side, I really look forward to it as that is what I enjoy, “added Bravo,” Also, I know, it has an impact on other people’s lives, so I’m always ready for it. “
Dwayne Bravo then went on to reveal his real reason for joining the Bollywood industry. He said: “I want to close the gap between my country. There are so many artists in my country (Trinidad). They will love the opportunity to come to work here. I see myself as a vessel to try to bridge the gap between two countries that have a similar culture ”.
Not only does working in Bollywood not seem like a random wish from Bravo, he has completely put together a wish list for the Hindi film industry and the list includes names like Shah Rukh Khan and Ranveer Singh.
“My all-time favorite is Shah Rukh. I definitely want to work with him one day. And then Ranveer. I’m a big fan of yours. I remember, a few years ago, I was supposed to perform at IPL, and I was rehearsing for it. When he saw me, he stopped his rehearsals just to come and say hello, and he even did the Champion dance, ”added the cricketer.
