- Local youth will get a reservation in the private sector in Haryana
- The 2020 Local Citizens Employment Law will enter into force as of January 15
The Haryana government has enacted a new law. According to this, the local population will obtain a 75% reserve in the private sector jobs. This law will come into effect from January 15, 2022. The Haryana government also issued a notice in this regard on Saturday.
Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said in this order that the Haryana Government’s Local Civil Employment Law 2020 will come into effect from January 15. In this, local people will have an opportunity in private jobs.
The rules will apply to these companies
In accordance with this law, private companies, partnerships, trusts, limited liability partnerships, partnership partnership employers, any person who, for the purpose of manufacturing, conducting business or providing any service in Haryana, employs 10 or more people on salary, salaries, hiring, but the law will apply. However, previously, this fee applied to monthly jobs up to Rs 50,000. But now it has dropped to 30 lakhs.
In March this year, Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya approved the Haryana government bill. In this, local youth will get a 75% reserve in private sector jobs with a monthly salary of up to 50,000 rupees.
The youth of the state will benefit
At the same time, said Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala, the youth of the state will greatly benefit from this law of the state government. We had promised that we would secure 75 percent job opportunities for local youth in the private sector, which we have achieved and this will prove to be a revolutionary step.
