Cruise Drugs case: Aryan Khan did not appear before the NCB SIT, was summoned for questioning

Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan, has been summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) SIT. The SIT, which arrived in Mumbai on Saturday, subpoenaed Aryan Khan and called Aryan for questioning earlier today, but Aryan Khan did not appear before the SIT. The NCB SIT is investigating 6 cases and that includes the Aryan Khan case. The SIT has called to question all those who are surrounded in this case.

In addition to Aryan Khan, the NCB SIT has also cited Nawab Malik’s son-in-law, Sameer Khan, who is currently out on bail. Sameer Khan was arrested by the NCB in January of this year. Apart from this, Arbaaz Merchant, another of the defendants in the drug case, has also been called in for questioning. This OCN team also reportedly went on a cruise and the crime scene was recreated.

Senior IPS official Sanjay Kumar Singh said Aryan Khan received a summons on Saturday and was asked to appear before SIT on Sunday. Sanjay Kumar Singh said: “We have started our investigation into the matter.” At the same time, a senior OCN official said that since the SIT team is in Mumbai, the investigation will accelerate in the coming weeks.

Aryan Khan is out on bail

Aryan Khan spent 28 days in Mumbai Arthur Road Jail after his name appeared in the drug case. Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3 after an NCB raid in connection with the drug party he was traveling on a cruise ship going from Mumbai to Goa. Aryan’s statement in the case was rejected four times, after which Aryan Khan transferred to Bombay High Court, from where he finally obtained bail.

Aryan has been granted bail on 14 conditions. According to which, he cannot leave the country. If you want to leave the country, you will have to take permission from the court to do so. Not only this, Aryan will not speak to friends like Arbaaz Merchant and the defendants in the case and he will not speak to the media either. Aryan will need to report to the NCB office on Friday between 11 am and 2 pm. He appeared before NCB officials for the first time on Friday.
