Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha will start working from the Civil Registry together with Raj Bhavan in Jammu from Monday, November 8. After celebrating Diwali with the family, the Lieutenant Governor will arrive in Jammu on Saturday. Raj Bhavan staff and officers have already arrived in Jammu.
According to official sources, the decoration work of the Civil Secretary and Raj Bhavan has been completed. The work of furnishing the homes of the officers who have been transferred from Srinagar to Jammu is also in the final stages.

In the case of clerk clerks, this time the court is not moving, but the administrative clerks will continue to move the Jammu and Srinagar civil clerk as required. For the smooth running of the Jammu Civil Registry, more than five hundred employees have been transferred from different departments of the Jammu Civil Registry. We inform that in the case of all employees of the Secretariat, due to the closure of the Durbar Move tradition, the State Government will save about 200 million rupees annually.

Renovation rent, license fee will be set for government housing allocation
The rent and the license fee for the assignment of government accommodation to the government employees who move according to the departmental requirement during the move of the Secretariat will be fixed again. Previously, the Department of Real Estate assigned housing to employees on a temporary basis or for a period of six months. But the government canceled all previous home assignments after stopping Durbar’s moving process.

Referring to the amended order of the General Administrative Department, the Property Department said that for the residence of Alati, the Deputy Director of Property, Jammu will grant a new license. In this all the necessary procedures will be completed. But it must be proved that no member of his family has a government residence or a home of his own in the city of Jammu. Government accommodation will be assigned to Alati only after all verifications by the Deputy Director Estate Jammu.
