Viewers BRUTALLY criticize judges and contestants for selling ‘fake’ crying stories – read tweets

Indian Idol 12 has once again been brutally criticized by viewers for constantly selling false stories of contestants. People have been venting their anger and disappointment over Saturday’s episode of the singing reality show on Twitter. Many users felt that the creators have lost the original plot and little by little they follow in the footsteps of a daily soap opera. June 20, 2021 marks the third Sunday in June to celebrate the immense contribution of parents to raising children. All the contestants were accompanied by their parents on the Father’s Day special episode. Lyricist Manoj Muntashir also played a vital role in the episode where he was seen delivering a monologue on stage before each performance. The judges, including Himesh Reshammiya, Sonu Kakkar, and Anu Malik, were overwhelmed with emotions as they witnessed each contestant’s performance and heard stories about their respective parents. However, viewers really weren’t happy with the contestants’ stories, and the judges shed tears throughout the episode. No words were spared as they criticized the show and criticized the creators for exaggerating the drama and selling sob stories on the show.
